Police appeal for information on ‘road rage assault’ near Tesco on A52 at Wyberton Fen, Boston

Police want to hear from witnesses who may have seen a ‘road rage assault’ near a busy road.

Officers received a report of a man in a white Audi assaulting another man who had been driving a grey Citroen C1, while pulled to the side of the road at the A52 near Tesco at Wyberton Fen on the outskirts of Boston.

This incident is said to have taken place on Sunday, March 10 at about 10.30am.

A force spokesman said: “Two women stepped in to help the victim and we would like to trace them to take their account of the incident.

“We would also appeal for anyone who may have been driving in that area at the time of the incident who has a dashcam, to please check their footage to see if it captured an incident taking place, and to come forward.”
