Long queues after stretch of A16 at Boston shut following collision




A busy stretch of the A16 had been closed following a two-vehicle collision.

The road, which forms part of John Adams Way in Boston is causing quques for motorsist back to Wyberton, LincsOnline has been told.

It is also affecting many routes in and around the town.

A Lincolnshire Police statement read: “We have closed a section of the A16 on John Adams Way in Boston, between the Liquorpond roundabout and Spalding Road, following a two-vehicle collision.

“We are advising motorists to seek alternative routes where feasible.

“We anticipate disruption for at least an hour while we deal with this incident.”
