Lincolnshire Police investigate shooting at Little Steeping





Three men are wanted by police after a man was shot.

At 1.15am today (Saturday, May 25) Lincolnshire Police received reports of a man having received a leg wound.

He is believed to have been shot with a shotgun, causing pellets to become embedded in his leg.

These injuries are not thought to be serious and the man, in his 30s, remained conscious as he was taken to hospital.

The shooting happened at Thorpe Bank in Little Steeping, between Boston and Skegness, and armed officers were deployed.

A police cordon remains in place at and around a house and a number of police officers are involved in inquiries in Little Steeping and Spilsby.

They would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything that could help with the investigation.
