Police are ‘extremely concerned’ for the welfare of missing Trevor, who was last seen visiting hospital.

The 55-year-old was last seen at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston on Tuesday, September 24.

“He is thought to be wearing a white top with blue horizontal stripes, grey combat trousers and black trainers,” a Lincolnshire Police statement said.

“We are extremely concerned for his welfare and are desperate to track him down.

“If you know where Trevor is, or have any information that could help us, please get in touch by calling 101, but do not approach him.”
