Head of operations Claire Kendrick said: “We are so excited to bring a group to Bourne. It will be a fantastic way for women to meet new friends and participate in vibrant, thoughtful discussions.

“It’s all about creating a welcoming, supportive space for women to express themselves and share their views.”

The theme for the first meeting will be ‘why I like living in Bourne’. It takes place on Tuesday, March 4 at a cafe in Bourne. Anyone interested in attending should register online at www.nwr.org.uk/network/groups/bourne to receive details of the venue.

Members will also have the opportunity to join a quarterly book club and monthly art appreciation group which meet in the Deepings.
