Poll asks Grantham Journal readers – are you happy to have another wheelie bin?




An extra bin could be standing alongside your black, silver and green bins from next year – and we’re interested to know how readers feel about it.

Separate paper and card bin collections could be in place in households across the district as early as February 2024.

South Kesteven District Council says a trial in four areas elsewhere in Lincolnshire found there were significant improvements to the quality of recycling.

The council’s environment overview and scrutiny committee is due to discuss the proposal next week.
