Delays on the A1 near Stoke Rochford after an incident

There are delays on the A1 this afternoon due to an incident near Stoke Rochford.

AA Traffic Maps and National Highways are both reporting delays of up to 10 minutes for motorists travelling northbound between the junctions with the A151 and the A607.

A witness passing the area suggested the issue was due to a broken-down vehicle, with police at the scene.

National Highways said it is hoping that traffic conditions would return to normal by 5.30pm.
