Two members of Grantham Running Club take part in the George Munday 10k road race

Two members of Grantham Running Club with a strong affiliation to the armed forces travelled to Wisbech in Cambridgeshire to take part in the George Munday 10k road race.

The race is named after a former officer who served in the RAF during the Second World War.

Paul Jepson finished with his second fastest 10k time of the year in 50:48 seconds, improving by 49 seconds on last year's time.

Richard Urquhart produced a steady time of 56:06.
