Court date set for Boston men after Sutton Bridge stabbing incident
A court date has been set for two men accused of being involved in an incident in which a man was stabbed.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at Bridge Road, Sutton Bridge on Friday night (May 30).
Mahmoud Ruswolpoor, 37, has been charged with an offence of grievous bodily harm with intent and Bzaf Abdullah, 20, has been charged with an offence of affray.
After appearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday (June 2), both men - who live at an address at Medlock Place, Boston - have been released on conditional bail.
As conditions of their bail, the two defendants will be fitted with electronic tags today (Tuesday, June 3), and must report to Boston Police Station between 9am and 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Abdullah has been ordered not to enter Sutton Bridge while Ruswolpoor must not contact another male involved with the case.
Their next hearing will be at Lincoln Crown Court on June 30.
