The Hair Studio in Holbeach, has ‘no time’ to celebrate winning five of the British Hair and Beauty Awards

A successful hairdresser, who is fully booked until after Christmas, has ‘no time’ to celebrate five beauty award wins.

Owner of The Hair Studio in Holbeach, Jenna Earth, 31, looks forward to entering more competitions following her most recent achievements at the The British Hair and Beauty awards.

Jenna, of Holbeach, said: “When I entered, the judges went through everything with a fine tooth comb – such as your social media pages and website. They narrowed the finalists down, so they told me I had made it to the final but I didn’t think I would win.

“It is amazing really and I feel proud of everything that we have achieved. When I watched the ceremony online, I was just waiting and didn’t think I would win anything – but I did.

“The whole process took around four or five months as the organisation also does it across Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the UK.”

The business won two gold awards for hair stylist of the year and colour technician of the year, one silver award for hair salon of the year and two bronze awards for the top rated salon of the year and best bridal/ special occasion hair stylist of the year, after entering The British Hair and Beauty awards.

Jenna has been passionate about hairdressing since leaving school and specialises in colour and balayages and wedding hair. The business started in 2017 and offers a wide range of services including hair cuts and colours and event services in and out of the salon.

A lot of the time she is travelling around Lincoln, Grantham, Peterborough, Spalding and Holbeach, to visit her clients.

She added: “I’ve been so busy at the moment, we haven’t had time to celebrate – I am fully booked until after Christmas.

“I should be getting my certificate and trophy in a few weeks. There is another competition coming up in September, which I have also got into the final of for two different categories, so I am just waiting to hear what will happen with those and I will definitely go again with it next year.”
