Holbeach’s Donna Morris makes perfect move setting up property management company Morris Lettings
An estate agent has decided to make the perfect move by stepping out on her own and opening a property management company.
Donna Morris, who lives in Holbeach, is taking the plunge by starting independent agency Morris Lettings, having worked in the industry for more than 20 years.
Mrs Morris said: “I have worked for many years in the property industry locally and with the level of experience and the amount of customer relations I have built over the years, it just felt the right time to start up on my own.
“The response I have received has been overwhelming.
“I specialise in property management in Holbeach , Spalding and surrounding areas.”
At the age of 16, Mrs Morris started working at a solicitors dealing with property transactions.
She has always enjoyed working in the industry and continued her career into estate agency working within sales for many years and then managing a large rental portfolio for the last nine.
She said: “The most enjoyable part of this job is definitely the clients.
“I am privileged to have built many client relationships over the years and I am looking forward to this continuing with Morris Lettings.”
Donna is married to husband Nick and has two children Jessica, nine and Mikey, six
She said: “It is family time that I really enjoy the most and spending quality time with them is very important to me.
“I pride myself in taking care of landlords’ properties as if they were my own and making sure that all legalities are met and making sure that professional advice is on hand for all my clients when required.
“Combining my skills and experience with sales and lettings I can confidently advise landlords on suitable properties to purchase ensuring that they receive the best possible return on their investment.”
Mrs Morris will advertise properties on Zoopla and social media.
