Lizards and snacks among the attractions at University Academy Holbeach open evening
From lizards to lit flames and sports to snacks, youngsters enjoyed a glimpse of school life.
University Academy Holbeach opened its doors to families and prospective pupils as it held its annual open evening last Thursday (September 26).
Parents were able to tour the school during the day to watch pupils learn in their normal environment – an opportunity to enjoy the experience in a truly authentic way.
In the evening, pupils and staff welcomed families again to enjoy activities taking place across an impressive array of subject areas – including science experiments in our state of the art science facility, fun in music, getting creative in food technology and challenges for all in physical education.
Principal Sheila Paige stated that it was nice to welcome future pupils to the school and thanked the pupils for taking part in presentations.
Parents can find further information regarding the opportunities offered at the academy through its website.
