Wolds Wildlife Park in Horncastle reopens following the completion of maintenance work
An award-winning wildlife park reopened its doors over the weekend following the completion of maintenance work.
Wolds Wildlife Park, on Louth Road in Horncastle, welcomed visitors new and old to take advantage of its slashed prices, which the business has said is an “early Christmas present” following its return.
The park announced back in October that it would be closing its doors to the public due to some “behind-the-scenes maintenance work” which needed to be done.
However, when it was revealed on Facebook that the site would be back from that weekend, hundreds took to the comments in excitement.
One user said: “This is the biggest Christmas present going, I'm so so happy you are opening again as I was so sad to see the news that you were closing.”
Another added: “By far the best news! Wishing you all the luck in the world.”
The reduced admission prices will run over the festive period until January 5 with adult tickets costing £10, children and OAPs £5, family tickets £25 and those under three going for free.
