Home.co.uk joins Homemove to make moving one connected journey
Homemove has acquired Home.co.uk and is transforming the home buying experience into one seamless, tech-driven journey - from first search to picking up the keys.
The acquisition follows Homemove’s $5million growth funding round earlier this year and signals a new phase for Home.co.uk, which is being upgraded during the rest of 2025 with tools that make moving more straightforward and less fragmented.
Under Homemove ownership, Home.co.uk is being enhanced with new features that let movers book viewings instantly, message agents securely, see increased data-led property insights, explore mortgage options, track the sales process from offer to completion and arrange move-in services - all within one platform.
James Freestone, Co-founder and CEO of Homemove, said: “Moving shouldn’t mean juggling ten websites and twenty phone calls. With Homemove and Home.co.uk, it’s one account, one timeline, real-time updates — from first search to keys. We’re giving movers control, insight and simplicity for the first time.”
Ben Horton, founder of Home.co.uk, said: “For three decades, we’ve helped people understand the property market. Now, under Homemove, we’re helping them move through it faster — with the insight and tools that cut out the friction.”
Home.co.uk remains a trusted name, now powered by Homemove’s connected moving ecosystem. Enhancements and integrations will continue throughout 2025 and beyond.
