Duncan & Toplis, with multiple Lincolnshire offices, expands to North London after taking over accountants Haines Watts
An accounting firm with multiple offices across the county has announced it will be expanding to the capital after taking over another company.
Duncan & Toplis, which has locations in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding, and Stamford, has said it is on course for the biggest period of growth in its history after buying out Haines Watts, an accounting business in North London.
It secured a private equity investment back in 2023 and is now focused on strong organic growth planning to expand the business into new key locations.
Haines Watts will be rebranded as Duncan & Toplis, with all team members remaining in their roles including Amilios Costa, the managing partner.

The company, which was founded in Nottingham in 1925, supports more than 12,000 businesses and individuals and now has 12 locations across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and London.
