Lincolnshire man ‘Mr D’ wins £1 million top prize from National Lottery ‘Black Pearl’ game




A mystery man from Lincolnshire has scooped a £1 million lottery win - and plans to spend it on a new house and trip to Japan.

The winner has chosen to remain anonymous - and is described only as ‘Lincolnshire local’ and ‘Mr D’ - having scooped the top prize on the ‘Black Pearl’ Instant Win Game from The National Lottery.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “Amazing, what fantastic news for Mr. D who has become an instant millionaire.

Black Pearl is a scratchcard-style game played online.

Players can buy and check their tickets online by downloading the National Lottery app or at national-lottery.co.uk.
