Lincolnshire men win prizes on The National Lottery Set for Life draws in a week

Two mystery men from Lincolnshire have won life-changing prizes on The National Lottery in the space of a week.

Mr P matched the five main numbers in the Set For Life draw on Thursday, March 14, scooping £10,000 a month for a year. The lucky winner said the win has made him feel happy to have financial security.

Just a week later, another man from the same county played a personal selection of birthday numbers that came up trumps. He matched the five main numbers plus the Life Ball in the Set For Life draw on Thursday, March 21, landing him an incredible £10,000 a month for 30 years - the top prize in the game.

The winner's first purchase was a celebratory meal for the family and he plans to help his family out with his winnings.

The lucky Lincolnshire locals have become two of over eight million players that win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games. Interactive winners have the opportunity to release their name, remain anonymous or like these winners, release some details through partial publicity.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said, “What incredible news for these two lucky winners who can now look forward to receiving £10,000 every month - one for a year and the other for 30 years! Lincolnshire is clearly a very lucky area for our Set For Life players.

“Huge congratulations!”

Set For Life costs £1.50 per line and is drawn every Monday and Thursday. By playing any National Lottery game, players generate £30 million each week for National Lottery-funded projects.
