Guide group in Oakham needs help

Volunteers are needed to help keep a Guide group going.

1st Oakham Guides meet on Thursday evenings for 90 minutes for members to take part in different activities, learn skills, gain confidence and earn badges.

Sessions are run by experienced local leaders supported by volunteers, and people offering to help are encouraged to ‘bring a buddy’ so friends can spend time together while doing something worthwhile.

Guides are aged from 10 to 14 years.
