Tickets on sale for fundraising evening with founder of Rutland-based Osprey Leadership Foundation

Tickets are now on sale for a fundraising evening with a bird expert.

The event, organised by the Osprey Leadership Foundation, will take place at The View at Rutland Nursery on Friday, October 17 at 6.30pm.

Dr Tim Mackrill, the charity’s founder, will lead talks covering everything from pioneering reintroduction projects to the migration patterns of ospreys and white-tailed eagles.

All those attending will receive a complimentary drink on arrival and canapés will be served prior to Tim’s talk.

There will also be an opportunity to purchase bottles of Multum Gin Parvo’s Migration Gin, inspired by the journey which migrating ospreys make each year.

A raffle will be held, with all funds raised supporting the work of the Rutland-based charity.

All funds raised during the evening will go towards supporting the charity's work. Pictured: White-tailed eagle. Photo: Submitted
