Fine performances from members of Rutland Running and Triathlon Club
Members of Rutland Running and Triathlon Club were among the leading lights in their age categories at events held in the county.
They had the first female finisher and five runners in the top three of their age groups at the Rutland 10k.
Helen Pape was first home for the club and first female with an amazing time of 39:02 for a new personal best.
Saya Sheridan followed with a time of 44:11 and was first in age group.
Dave Summers was also first in age group with a time of 45:23 while Emma Mcauley followed closely behind with a time of 45:50 for third in age group.
Carolyn Sayers was another who was first in age group with 50:06 while Su Ogunyemi finished in a great time of 1:02:08.
The always popular Rutland Water Dambusters Triathlon saw an excellent performance from Sue Tonge in the shorter sprint category where she achieved first in her age group in a time of 1:37.
Giles Cooper, Calum Turner and Julia Mannering competed in the longer standard category.
Giles came in first (and second in age group) in a very swift 2:20 while Calum was closely behind in 2:22.
Julia - in her first triathlon at this distance - finished in a very creditable 3:38 and was fourth in her age group as the Rutland club produced great performances in hotter than expected conditions.
