Casterton College pupil Sean O'Donnell wins gold medals at the Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire County Championships

Casterton College pupil Sean O'Donnell struck gold three times at two different county championships over the weekend.

The 16-year-old won both the 100m and 200m events at the Cambridgeshire Championships on Saturday.

He then took part in the Northamptonshire Championships on Sunday and won the 100m in a personal best time of 10.95secs.

The Peterborough and Nene Valley athlete had also set a new best in the 200m 24 hours earlier after posting a time of 23.00 in his Cambridgeshire success.
