Crash closes A153 near North and South Rauceby, between Ancaster and Sleaford

A vehicle has left the road and crashed close to a golf club.

Police have been at the accident scene since just after 7am today (Saturday, April 5).

They describe it as a single-vehicle accident on the A153 between Greylees and North and South Rauceby, close to Sleaford Golf Club.

The vehicle can be seen in a limestone quarry pit to the side of the road.

Officers anticipate the road being closed for some time and drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.

Anyone with dashcam footage or witnesses can give details to Lincolnshire Police on 101 referring to incident 66 of April 5.
