19-year-old launches new community hub in Sheep Market, Spalding, to bring people together

A new self-care hub has been launched to bring the community together.

Al-Baith, 19, of Spalding, founded the Serenity Hub, which is based in the town’s Sheep Market, after deciding to pursue a passion for business.

The venture was kicked off with a vibrant launch party in December, when visitors were able to meet the team and find out what it is all about.

Al-Baith said: “We opened the salon and self-care shop because our vision is to become a place where people can come together in community with mutual support – and we know that the salon and shop will bring people together.

“Come in and meet our team of hairdressers, barbers, and community builders – they’re experts in chatting and giving you a safe space to talk.

“I love the aspect of business and wanted to create a new place in the community. Lots of people have visited us already and it’s open to everyone.”
