Awards for carers in Holbeach St Johns and Spalding

The teams at Country Court Care & Nursing Homes has been celebrating their annual Staff Awards.

Winners at Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home in Holbeach St Johns were care assistant Klaudio Bushaj (Care Hero Award), wellbeing coordinator Jodie Clayton (Our Values Award) and nurse Maricris Vallido (Team Member of the Year).

Winners at Ashwood Care & Nursing Home in Spalding Common were care assistant Matthew Evans (Care Hero Award), care assistant Jill Green (Our Values Award) and RGN nurse Anne Adam (Team Member of the Year).

Winners at Fenchurch House Care Home in Spalding Common were care assistant Alex George (Care Hero Award), wellbeing coordinator Fawzia Giga (Our Values Award) and deputy manager Ganiyu Lawal (Team Member of the Year).

The awards were presented by Country Court co-CEO Al-Karim Kachra and chairman Abdul Kachra who were delighted to attend the award ceremony as last year the lockdown meant the awards had to be presented virtually.

Mr Kachra said: “We have amazing care staff in our homes, they work incredibly hard every day to make a huge difference to the lives of our residents. We are very proud of how our staff teams continue to face the challenges of the pandemic with tenacity and unending cheerfulness.”
