Hannah Joe of Jackalope Joe Coffe Company in Spalding has been crowned a regional winner of O2's Everyday Heroes awards
A Spalding business owner has been crowned a regional winner of O2’s Everyday Heroes awards.
After going "above and beyond in the last year" to support her local community, Hannah Joe (38) of Jackalope Joe Coffee Company was one of five UK small business owners given the award.
Hannah will now be part of a public vote to crown a national winner.
A statement from O2 said: "Hannah has become a staple friendly face in the rural Spalding community and has been praised for her tenacity and dedication to keep the coffee coming when she faced many challenges over the past year.
"Known for championing the community as well as quality coffee and sustainable packaging, Hannah and her team have brought joy and support to all their customers in the region."
Having started her business up inside her Spalding home, Hannah now has a base in Pinchbeck and bags of her coffee are sold online and in shops across the area, including Holbeach Wholefoods and Moulton Chapel Butchers.
Public votes via Twitter will account for 50% of the final outcome, while the remainder will be determined by an O2 panel and celebrity guest Kelly Hoppen.
If you would like to see Hannah crowned the national champion and take home the £5,000 prize, you can vote for her on the @o2businessuk Twitter page. The poll will remain open until September 21.
