Spalding care home Fenchurch House celebrates first anniversary




Residents and staff at Fenchurch House Care home in Spalding held a party to celebrate its first anniversary.

Residents enjoyed refreshments, champagne and a beautiful cake baked by the home’s chef manager Nuryani Deans.

The Kachra Family, owners of the Country Court Group, joined residents to thank staff for their commitment throughout the first year and to celebrate together.

Staff and residents who have been at the home for the full year were given gifts to mark the anniversary.

Home manager Nike Ajewole said: “We had a lovely afternoon celebrating our first birthday party with our colleagues from the local health care community, the residents and their families. We love a party at Fenchurch House. This was a great opportunity to thank the staff team for their hard work during this first year of being open."

Alykhan Kachra, Co-CEO of Country Court, added: “We are very proud of all that we’ve achieved at Fenchurch House. The staff team have created a warm and happy home for our residents where we can see people are relaxed and content in their home.
