Appeal after child hit by car

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a child was hit and injured by a car which did not stop.

The incident happened in Clay Lake, Spalding near the A16 at about 5.50pm yesterday (Wednesday) and involved a dark red five-door saloon car.

If anyone was nearby or witnessed the collision please call police on 101 and quote incident 394 of August 8.
