Spalding councillor has resigned
A district councillor has resigned due to family commitments.
Bailey Boulding had been elected in May to represent the Spalding St Paul’s Ward for the South Holland Independents – after taking the seat from the Tories.
However, Mr Boulding has now resigned his seat due to family issues.
Leader of South Holland Independents Rob Gibson said: “I am disappointed with the loss of Bailey. He would have been a fantastic addition and I am looking forward to working closely with him. Hopefully we will find a really good candidate.
“I will continue to work for the best for our ward.
“Family commitments must always come first and I would definitely champion that.”
