Court order shuts Weston Hills property for three months after anti-social behaviour concerns




Courts have closed a village property after concerns were raised about anti-social behaviour.

South Holland Police has gained a section 80 Anti-Social Behaviour Closure order for a property in Weston Hills.

The order, which was granted by Lincoln Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday, October 1), will prevent anyone from entering the site until December 31.

A social media post states: “Calls from our local community about antisocial behaviour have led the team to target a specific address within Weston Hills.

“We attended Lincoln Magistrates’ Court yesterday and successfully gained a s80 Anti-social behaviour premises closure order of the address. This resulted in the persons causing nuisance to be forced to leave and the order prohibits anyone entering the address other than those authorised by Lincolnshire Police.

“This remains in place for 3 months, until 31st December 2024 and makes entry a criminal offences. All we ask is that our local community report behaviours to us, via 101 and via our website.”
