Craft fun at Spalding’s Broad Street Methodist Church

Visitors to Broad Street Methodist Church had the chance to get crafty at the weekend.

The Spalding church opened its doors for a social event on Saturday, where visitors were invited to show their creative skills.

“We had almost 100 people through the door,” said Rev Luke Smith

“Children and adults all had a great time.

We were open for refreshments and craft activities.”

The church opens for social gatherings to coincide with events in the town centre, such as this weekend’s Pumpkin Festival.

Plans are being made for another event in the build up to Christmas.
