Spalding High School pupils dance the night away at prom
Elegant pupils celebrated friendship, achievement and hard work in an historic venue.
The grandeur of The Sessions House in Spalding was matched only by the excitement and elegance of the students of Spalding High School as they gathered for their Year 13 Leavers Ball on Friday evening.
A school spokesman said: “This year’s ball was a true testament to student initiative and teamwork, organised by Head Students Abbie Horspool and Francesca Crossman-Vyse. The duo led a series of fundraising events throughout the year to finance the evening’s stunning decorations, provided by The Balloon House, Holbeach.
“Their efforts were further supported by generous sponsorship from Worldwide Fruit, for the ever-popular photobooth—capturing countless memories throughout the night.
“Dressed in elegant gowns and sharp suits, students stepped onto a red carpet and into a venue adorned with fairy lights, floral arrangements, and a vibrant dance floor that quickly became the heart of the event.
“As it was such a warm evening, the courtyard offered the relaxed atmosphere, a perfect setting for everyone to unwind, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company.”
