Park Close blaze

Firefighters from Spalding attended reports of a fire on Park Close, Spalding this morning (Sunday) at 11.30am.
Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish a quantity of rubbish and fence panels on fire.
They previously attended a traffic collision on Park Road, at 8.17pm on Friday night.
Crews used absorbent granules to soak up small quantity of oil and small tools to make the vehicle safe.
Meanwhile, Holbeach firefighters attended reports of smoke in the area of Stockwell Gate, Whaplode at 9.42am on Sunday. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning.
