Kirton firefighters called to Sutterton chimney blaze




Firefighters attended a chimney blaze on Saturday evening.

The crew from Kirton were called to Monarchs Road, Sutterton at 8.06pm.

They used chimney gear to extinguish the fire, which was caused by bird's nest materials within the chimney.

A spokesman said: "Please ensure your chimney is swept before lighting open fires/wood burners."
