Fundraiser set up to support young daughter of Spalding woman Kristine Sparane, who was found dead this week

A fundraiser to support a young girl whose mother was found dead this week has been set up by ‘heartbroken’ supermarket staff.

Thirty-seven-year-old Kristine Sparane was discovered by police officers after they forced their way into a property on Winsover Road, Spalding, on Tuesday night.

A 64-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

A GoFundMe page has been set up by supermarket staff who served Kristine and her five-year-old daughter Mary on a daily basis.

They have set a target to raise £500 and you can donate by visiting here.

“We are all heartbroken by the sad news that Kristine passed away earlier this week, leaving her little girl Mary who is only five,” the GoFundMe page, set up by Stacey Nicholls, explained.

“Everyone in the area, I’m sure, has seen them more often than not, whether it’s the shop on a daily basis to buy her doughnuts and croissants or the local takeaway where she would stop by on her way home because they would give Mary a sweetie.

“I work at the local supermarket where she would come by every evening, we all knew them very well and this is hard for us all to comprehend.

“This money will go for Mary, her family and carers would greatly appreciate the help to provide her with the necessities that she needs.”

A total of £130 has been raised so far.
