Holbeach St John’s Fenland Aero Club to host pumpkin fly-in event

A club’s spooktacular fly-in promises to entertain the whole family.

Fenland Airfield in Holbeach St Johns is hosting its ‘pumpkin fly-in’ on Sunday, November 2, between 11am and 2pm.

Spectators are encouraged to dress in fancy dress for the occasion for a chance to win five tombola tickets.

Win haunting prizes by testing your brains in the quiz for £2.50 per person, and don’t miss the sausage rolls, pastries and cakes for sale along with a range of drinks.

Visiting pilots in command will receive a Halloween cupcake and a sticker.

The Fenland Airfield will be offering a special reduced rate to join as an associate member, and for £30 you can join the site’s Aero Club as a visiting pilot.

Make sure to let the club know as new members won’t have to pay the £10 landing fee.
