Successful ‘pawty’ wraps up season at Lakeview Dog Adventure Park in Market Deeping
Pooches weren’t put off by the cold weather as they dived, splashed and had a howl at this Halloween-themed ‘pawty’.
The Lakeview Dog Adventure Park in Market Deeping welcomed devils and bats of the fury kind on Saturday, October 25.
Ahead of the winter break pet owners were encouraged to celebrate the ghoolish month before the venue closes on Halloween (October 31)
The brisk temperature didn’t put a stop to the fun, as dogs enjoyed activities such as swimming in the man-made lake, exploring the 15 acre plot of land and having a go in the tunnels, ball pit and snuffle mats.
Daisie Martin, who was one of the staff members working on the day said: “ It went really well.
“We’ve been really busy this week and the park its growing into a really nice community where people enjoy regularly meeting new people.
“Seeing the space being used is really nice as well and we had a few dogs dress up for the Halloween-theme.
“Everyone who has visited over the summer likes to give their dogs one last blast before we close for the winter.”
The venue was also serving Halloween-themed food from the food van on site and well behaved pooches who deserved a treat could have a puppuccino at the bar.
Since the dog park opened three years ago, it has grown in popularity and the Halloween Pawties are one of the site’s popular events.
The dog adventure park will re-open at Easter next year. For more information or to keep up to date with future events, visit the Lakeview Dog Adventure Park website or Facebook page.
