Jury sworn in for murder trial of Spalding man Christopher Higgs
A jury in the trial of a woman accused of murdering her partner at a property in Boston has been sworn in at Lincoln Crown Court.
Charlie Stevenson (21), of Portland Street, Boston, denies the murder of Spalding man Christopher Higgs (21).
Mr Higgs, from Spalding, was found with a serious stab wound to the chest on Wednesday, July 14, after police received reports at around 12.13pm that day.
He was pronounced dead at the scene in Portland Street, Boston.
Christopher Donnellan QC will open the prosecution case against Miss Stevenson this afternoon (Friday).
