Whaplode company's prestigious award




Logistics training firm NTP Online Learning has won a prestigious customer services award.

The Whaplode-based company has been successful in the 16th annual Stevie Awards.

The Awards are the world’s top honours for customer service, contact centre, business development and sales professionals.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

NTP Online Learning found themselves competing against more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 countries, including global corporations such as IBM, Microsoft and DHL to win the prestigious award.

It was the Transport Manager CPC online study course that saw NTP become a winner. The course only launched in 2017 and has helped the company experience rapid growth and huge success thanks to its ease of use and excellent pass rates.

The judges said NTP had disproved the industry’s assumption that digital self-study learning couldn’t work.

It could be a double whammy for the firm as they are soon set to receive news on whether they have also won another prestigious award. On April 8 they will find outif they are the winner of the Learning Excellence Award for 2022
