Spalding man due in court on theft and going equipped charges

A 30-year-old man from Spalding was due to appear before magistrates today (Saturday) charged with stealing a bicycle.
Shane Cooper, of The Square, also faced a charge of going equipped to steal.
Cooper was set to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court after he was arrested by police during a "proactive stop" in Spalding town centre yesterday (Friday).
