Spalding motorist denies drug-driving charge
A motorist has pleaded not guilty to a drug-driving charge.
Spalding man Curtis Lipshaw entered the plea when he appeared before Boston Magistrates on Wednesday (November 20).
The 33-year-old has been charged with driving with 3.5 micrograms of cannabis per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2mcg.
The charge relates to April 30 when he was alleged to have been driving a Seat Leon along the town’s Osier Road, where he lives.
Lipshaw was granted unconditional bail and will return to the court for trial on February 21.
