Bales damaged in fire

There was severe fire damage to 12 one tonne plastic bales after a blaze in Spalding last night (Thursday).

Crews from Spalding and Crowland attended the outbuilding fire on Pecks Drove West at 11.40pm.

A wooden telephone pole was also damaged, along with two outbuildings.

The fire was extinguished using three hose reels and one foam branch.
