Police increase patrols after receiving reports of teenagers fighting in Holbeach park

Police are increasing patrols around a town park after receiving reports of teenagers fighting.

South Holland Police say they have received several reports over the last month of youngsters fighting in Carter’s Park in Holbeach.

They are now increasing patrols around the area in a bid to crack-down on the ‘dangerous behaviour’.

A social media post states: “We are aware of several instances over the last month where young people in their teens have been seen fighting in Carter's Park in Holbeach.

“As a result, you will see increased patrols in the area and we will take action against those who instigate or help to incite this dangerous behaviour.

“We’d like to remind people about the One Punch Can Kill campaign, and would like to raise awareness of the devastation that a one punch assault can have on the victim and their families.
