Police investigate car break-in on Regent Street in Spalding




Police are investigating a car break-in — and have asked anyone with information to come forward.

A vehicle on Regent Street in Spalding, was reportedly broken into between 6pm and 7.30am on Wednesday, January 15 and Thursday, January 16.

It is reported that vapes and a drinks flask were taken from the car.

A spokesperson for the police said: “If you have any information which might help, please contact us on 101 and quote incident 66 of 16 January.

“If you are worried about your vehicle being targeted, please read our crime prevention advice Prevent theft from a vehicle | Crime Prevention | Lincolnshire Police.”

No other incident if this nature are said to have been raised with the police, despite rumours of a rise in car thefts in the town.
