Holbeach policing team issue speeding ticket and make drug-driving arrest

The Holbeach Neighbourhood Policing Team received help from student officers as it undertook 'FATAL 4' training in the town.

Seat belts, mobile phones, speeding and drug/drink driving make up the FATAL 4 and the team targeted Spalding Road in the town last Tuesday.

They issued one speeding ticket, gave advice to two drivers slightly over the speed limit and issued a Vehicle Defect Rectification Sheet, which gives a driver 14 days to get a fault fixed.

One driver was also arrested for drug-driving and possession.
