Spalding bicycle thefts - police release image of man they wish to trace

Police have released an image of a man they are looking for in connection with the theft of two bicycles in Spalding.

The image, released today (Thursday) is of Thomas Parr (22), of no fixed address.

The thefts took place separately outside McDonalds Restaurant and Sainsbury's store, both in Spalding, on September 24 and 25, respectively.
