Popular Deeping St Nicholas farm shop cafe wants to expand

A popular farm shop is looking to expand its cafe area.

Deeping St Nicholas’ Vine House Farm has applied to South Holland District Council for permission to build an extension, as well as internal alterations and associated external works alterations.

Designs submitted by agent Evolution Design show a proposed extension to the eastern side of the building, which would fit between the current external terrace and play area.

Small areas of the play area and terrace make way for the expansion.

The application was submitted last week and SHDC are due to make a decision by November 3.
