A popular ice cream parlour is switching up it’s menu for customers as the colder weather looms in.

Beccas Ice Cream Parlour in Spalding, has welcomed a new autumn and winter menu, featuring seasonal hot drinks and savoury items.

The shop, which is located on Holland Market Retail Park, opened in 2023 and has been a popular spot for visitors of the town since, selling a range of ice cream flavours, cakes, milkshakes and more.

Last year, business owner Becca Turner warned that she needed to reach a wider customer base if the shop was going to remain open for four to six days a week.

Some of the new items on the menu include paninis, toasties, sandwiches, salads, sausage rolls, ham and cheese croissants, hot chocolates and pumpkin spiced lattes.

Becca said: “We have just added some savoury items to the menu for the winter.

“Quite a few people who have been into the shop have enjoyed the paninis and toasties as far as I’m aware.

“It’s something we would like to be able to continue all year round and we do also have some Halloween themed ice cream flavours, which are pumpkin spice and liquorice, treacle and toffee.

“Over the festive period we will also be bringing in mint hot chocolates and chocolate orange flavoured hot chocolates.”

Beccas Ice Cream Parlour has also introduced a Tuesday over 60s offer for 10% all day – just make sure to show proof of age.
