The date of the next parade, which will be held on Saturday, May 10, was revealed by Spalding Flower Queen Becs Roberts and helpers.

Visitors enjoyed browsing around the numerous stalls which had been set up in the gardens along with having a go at the various games.

A fairy trail around the gardens also proved to be incredibly popular with younger visitors.

Committee member Robert Admans said: “We had a really good turn-out and the fete went really well. People enjoyed themselves.”
