Traffic flowing freely again between Holbeach and Moulton after accident

UPDATE: The rod is now clear and traffic is flowing freely.
PREVIOUSLY: A road is blocked and traffic moving very slowly after an accident this morning (Tuesday).
The road is blocked and after the incident at on the A151 High Road both ways between B1357 Fold Lane and Hockney Hole Lane. The accident happened at 9.59am.
It is affecting traffic between Moulton and Holbeach.
