Police closed Spalding road after crash

A busy town centre road was shut after a crash.

Police had closed Commercial Road and High Street in Spalding this afternoon (Monday, November 18) following a two vehicle collision.

A Vauxhall Astra and a Ford Kuga were involved, which resulted in minor injuries.

The road was reopened at around 4.25pm.

The closure of Commercial Road in September and October while Anglian Water repaired a sewer created traffic mayhem for days.
